Our employees, in fact, are the reason for our growth
and success. When we opened our doors in 1956, Baker Rock
Resources was a 10-person operation supplying basic crushed
rock products to Washington County. Today, our market
extends from North Salem to the Columbia River, and from
Interstate 5 to the Pacific shore.
Locally-owned and operated, we are fortunate to staff
some of the industry’s most qualified people, and
are committed to continuous investment in them, our most
